The Tony Lama horseman boot is part of the Tony Lama
stockman boot line and has a distinct look that sets it apart
from all others.
The Tony Lama horseman boot has a different appearance than the
rest of the stockman line. It has an ivory boot shaft with a chocolate
lower and similarly colored saddle over the instep. It’s
the color scheme and saddle that give it a striking western appearance.
At Boot
Barn under product numbers cs458, cs464, ct466 you’ll
be able to check out three variations. If you like western boots
w/rubber soles, check out the crepe boot model. The crepe sole
is abrasion resistant, durable and takes longer to wear out. Many
men use crepe-soled boots as work boots because they feel they
are more comfortable as the workday wears on. Tony Lama makes
a similar horseman in a cowboy roper style that is often used
as a work boot as well.
These boots run in men’s sizes from 7 to 14. They are around
11 inches tall and have various footbed features depending on
the exact model you choose. Some come with Tony Lama’s TLX
rubber outsole or a special cushion insole package. The Tony Lama
stockman boots appear to have more variations in these than the
horseman do. The stockman boots also come with exotic skins if
you wish. I have not seen the horseman with anything other than
the straightforward leather.
