Getting a hold of size 15-16 hunting boots may take
a bit of searching but here are some suggestions as to where to
look.
Finding size 15-16 hunting boots is tough because most online
boot dealers don’t seem to offer more than size 14 in most
cases. Rubber hunting boots can be hard to find over size 10 at
times. But there are a few stores that seem to try and carry a
larger range of larger sizes.
I’ve had pretty good luck at Bootbay when searching for
extra large size leather hunting boots. They don’t have
a killer selection in hunting boots in these sizes but at least
there are a few at the time of this writing. The Dunham brand
makes boots that will fit size 16 and down. They may make more
of a hiking boot than one for hunting but it depends on your exact
needs. Danner makes some nice size 16 hunting boots and smaller
sizes.
You might try over at Shoebuy.com too and check their Irish Setter
hunting boots. I’ve seen them at 14 EW but they might have
15 and 16 now too. You could also try emailing or calling them
for more information as well to see if they can get other sizes.
They offer free shipping, no sales tax and have hunting boot sales
after January 5th. It’s a good site to check.
Another place to try is US Calvary. They don’t have exact
hunting boot per se but they do have some boots that might meet
suit your needs if you can get the right size. Size 15 is about
the largest I’ve seen over there but again they are worth
a look because they have boots you won’t find anywhere else
such as military and jungle boots.
