Most styles of Harley Davidson 11 engineer boots are
easy to find at online boot stores and even range in sizes up
to 15.
You can choose from several styles of Harley Davidson 11 engineer
boots. It just depends on if you like a lot of bells and whistles
with your boots or something more plain. I personally don’t
like all the extra metal logos and crap that HD puts on their
boots. I think a small-embroidered logo on the boot shaft is cool.
And I like one buckle at the top and one around the vamp for a
perfect and simple look. If you like a look like that, take a
look at the men’s 11” engineer boot with the plain
toe that Harley makes. It’s a good simple boot that reminds
me of my Cruiserworks engineer boots. It seems funny to me but
this simple HD motorcycle boot can actually be hard to find. I
could not even locate a picture of one. If you can’t find
it, you might want to switch to a Double H, Chippewa or Georgia
11” engineer boot. Or switch to the Harley Hustin harness
boot which is a very straight forward looking boot.
However, if you want a style with more pizzazz to it, Harley
has got you covered with an assortment of 11-inch engineer boots.
The Mega Conductor, Megamotor, Salado Conductor, Black Stratus
and Flash Harness are all very beefy boots. The outsoles on these
bad boys are seriously thick. I think they would take some time
getting use to unless you liked to dress up like the band KISS
or wore platform shoes in the ‘70s. The Mega Conductor and
Megamotor are similar with the exception that the Megamotor has
2 belts at the shaft top and a smaller logo. The Flash Harness
is a kind of cross between a harness boot and engineer boot. It
has a typical harness around it’s ankle but has a rounded
toe rather than the squared off toe. It can be had in a steel
toe version too. The Black Stratus is the most aggressive of the
bunch with its waffle lug sole. It also sports a Harley Davidson
logo and name on the bottom of the sole in bright orange.
Worthy of mention is Harley’s side light boot. While this
boot only comes with a 10 inch shaft rather than 11 inch, if you
like an untraditional engineer boot, this could work for you.
It has a bit of an old school motocross boot look to it. Lots
of buckles and padding along with a meaty outsole make this a
fully loaded motorcycle boot.
